Everyone seems to sell battery cables that appear reasonably accurate. What are the opinions of what's out there and what is the best repros available. BTW I'm interested in 70' U code b-body cables.

It's either year one, or Gibson/ Badelson.
I have not ordered yet because I'm not sure yet. I have originals to compare with, yet haven't made the investment yet.

IMO, the best ones are made by Quirey Quality Design Co. ( a offshoot company of Restorations Specialties)
They are the same cables I used to carry.
Only ones I know for sure who carry them are Megaparts and RT Specialties. I am sure there are others so.
I was told M+H Electric got into making cables but have not held one in my hands to ck over.

Avoid the cables made by Antique Battery and the the ones made by Goodmark.

But I'll be the 1st ones to say NONE of the repop cables are 100% dead on to an original

Frank/ Roger's cables are dead on. Their's even have the small positive wire that is a different shade of red from the larger one.

i have cut a few apart and although they look faded on the outside they are very light red inside.
most re-pops are just too red.

We carry the same cables Frank does, but we're out of stock at the moment. So, if you need it quickly, I'm sure he has them in stock. He's a good guy.

In my humble opinion, I think the Quirey Cables are a distant second. I sell all the Quirey products, many are very very good. The cables just aren't as accurate, so I don't sell them. Again, just my opinion. Your mileage may vary.
