Original choke well gaskets were thick and made of an asbestos composite (this one is NOS).

Rear Coil bracket mounting bolt head marking had an "E" and was plated a yellow/zinc color.

Ok, you should have an orange engine assembled at the Windsor Ontario plant. Here are a few that might get you on your way. This shows all of the parts which were attached before the engines were painted.

Is that actually an 71 A-body motor? Would an E-body just have a different drivers exhaust manifold? Everything else the same.

Yes, correct, that and the engine mount is a different shape for E-body

The front coil mount strap bolt had an "F" shaped head marking and was black/grey phosphate.

This is a reproduction coil made by M&H Wire. They are the closest match to my originals in terms of the ink stampings. Aside from the stampings, all modern replacement coils (like this one) lack some details as compared to originals which have either "Made in USA" or "Made in Canada" molded into the ends (my car should have had "Made in Canada") reproductions don't have either. Originals are also about .25" shorter than reproductions.

Notice that the coil wire has a white ink printing as opposed to yellow? I have only seen this on originals, all reproductions are yellow.

Distributor clamps were steel with a very thin copper plating which was burnished with a very thin/low quality dark coating that appears like black phosphate, copper color shows through in several areas.

Correct NOS distributor cap, all originals should have "Made in USA" molded in.

All original vacuum hoses were ribbed like this one, this one is NOS.

All original Keystone clamps I've seen were stamped with this 615 number. This is a reproduction, it differs from an original in that the 615 is stamped upside down as compared to an original.

This is an NOS and date correct early 1971 Fuel filter. The ink stamping is a lighter shade of blue as compared to reproductions. These were supplied to the line as assemblies with clamps and pre cut fuel lines as shown. I used reproductions on my engine and stashed this one for reference purposes.

Here is the reproduction fuel filter. Notice how much brighter and bold the KV stamping is? Close but no cigar, font and pattern is decent but it's too bright, and very obvious when compared to an NOS original.

This is a reproduction fuel pump but it's properly detailed, bolts included. I also have the original which has been restored but chose to stash it for the restoration engine I'm building (this is the stroker motor so it's going to get plenty of street time and will be using up wear items).

Here's the fan pulley, the fan and clutch were not yet restored when these shots were taken. Bolts are correct and plated properly.
