Hey BOOOOOooooo....
The 318 is the LA version, right? Not a Poly 318?
The best headers on the market now seem to be TTI and Dougs. Both fit well as long as the car hasn't been wrecked hard. A bent frame or broken motor mounts alters the position of the engine. As you may know, these cars were designed and built with absolutely ZERO consideration for an aftermarket exhaust system. Rear steer, torsion bars and a bulky starter made it a real pisser on the header companies. That is one huge reason that headers for our cars cost more.
Good luck, Greg

When we put the LA in the 66 Charger my kid got Summits headers. They fit no problem.Part of the steering ran thru them but plenty of clearance. His was floor shift.IIRc we still have them in the garage. He scraped the car.Rocky

Hedman Elite seem to fit well and not too pricey.
