72 has a unique pattern as with all the years, dimensionally 71-74 plymouth b body will fit.
Technically RR and satellite panels would be the same dimensions...Charger rear, upper panels are a different size so make sure you know what you're looking at...

x2 (Same car - '72 RR.)
Easy to "eyeball" a set and think they'll fit your car, but the Dodge upper rears are different enough not to work at all. Been there...
If your seller is not sure, be sure you measure along upper belt line on rear panel.
Door jamb to window trim: approx. 18-1/4". (The window fuzzy chrome is 18-1/4" long.) End of window fuzzy to rear end of panel - 11". Just measured it on mine.
Good luck.

Uppers are Likly the same size on 71 to 74 RR and Satelite, BUT the rear lowers had different places for the seat belts during the diff years. Satelite and Road Runners usually had a different pattern, But I would use the best Parts I could find.
