A while back i askt if any one know´s for how long this type of push rod will last and i dident get any reply on this so i jank´t mine out of the rb block i have run for two summer´s now and there were no wear at al that i could see if any one else what to know ! I should maybe point out that im useing a Carter HP pump that were used on Six Pack and Hemi that Mancini whas abel to have Carter make again and it is a roller combo im runing and i whas also very inprest whit how littel wear there whas on the bronze drive gear for the oil pump but i changed that one

good to hear!

on a side note, i went through two of those pumps, supposed to be regulated for the carter carbs. first was 10+lbs of pressure constantly. found that hard to believe, so i used a second test gauge, exactly the same thing. mancini replaced it, and the second was better, sort of… it didn't hang out at 10 all the time, and did spend much of its time down at 5-6, but would jump up to 9, 10, and then go back down. sometimes. it wasn't predictable, at least for the time i was monitoring it.

Thanks for the tip ! I will hook up a presiure gauge and see what i have in mine
