Prodart440 OP super stock Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 849 Avondale AZ	I am putting my car back together and cannot find the bolts that hold the hood latch release lever on (the part that sticks thru the grill). RoadRunnerJD master Joined: May 2004 Posts: 5,123 Warrenton, VA	My 69 Roadrunner doesn't have a hood latch but I think there are two silver Phillips screws that hold the hood latch down to the grill support?

How long and what size are they?? Pretty easy to determine the lenght if no one comes up with it. A steel bolt/screw into a steel thread is 1 to 1 minimum. So if the diameter of the bolt/screw is 1/4" then you'll need a minmum of 1/4" of thread engagement. Measure through the hood release to the start of the threads then an the diameter of the screw/bolt.
