I found a 72 Demon 340 that is factory A4 Gunmetal Grey with black stripes and a factory half black vinyl top. Just wondered if anyone knows the fender tag code for a half top or if anyone has ever seen a 72 Demon with a half vinyl roof?

Never seen a 72 with a vinyl canopy top. Not available per the dealership books I've seen, only full vinyl.

V1* is a full vinyl for 72

V4* is the code for a vinyl canopy

If it was available on the Gold Duster package it might have been available on other models.

Brochures weren't always correct as I had ordered an option for a T/A spoiler on my '72. Here's what the brochure from mid-'71 and they never looked like that. My '72 drivetrain was April of '71 , but didn't get it until Nov. of '71.
