WV Runner OP member Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 65 WV	Ok, I have a 72 Road Runner with a 440, 727 trans. After doing some research I'm staring to think I need a new valve body. Hopefully and not a trans. The shift from 1-2 is great. the shift from 2-3, well it goes to neutral so I lift then it shifts. there is no slipping or any other problems. so what do you guys think? should I change the valve body? or do I have more serious issues?

Mojoluv mopar Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 542 Louisville, Ky.	Does it have kickdown linkage from the carb? If so, make sure it is adjusted properly first. If not, that is your problem.
