I'm gonna start a top 10 list for the trailer park I live in. I'm gonna put myself number one, because even though my daily driver Cobalt is dead stock and runs 16.70s, it'll still outrun the clapped out 20 year old minivans, SUV's, and rusted out early 90s iron that leave oil spots in driveways. If I do come up against someone faster, I'll get my wife's 91 Volvo out. It's even slower, but when the flashlight flashes I'll turn into the other guy's vehicle, claiming "I just can't hook up on this sorry %^&*%%$ road". Actually, it wouldn't spin the tires on oiled marbles, but the meth heads out here don't know that. Yep, I should be getting my own street outlaws show soon...

well i know he raced Chuck at some kind of race.and this doesn't include the first season which i am not sure of.you can bet he is part of and will be on the list very soon.

One of our local tracks has a top 10 list they started late last year. It's run on a prepped surface, but the rules say it has to be a street legal car, stock suspension, and a DOT tire w/ a 28.5x10.5 max size. They run it more like a "true street" race though...all the cars go on a street cruise before the race.
Mooresville had a top 10 street outlaws of North Carolina race last year, but it was open to pretty much any door car and was on a prepped surface if I'm not mistaken. It was just one event though.
