mickm OP master Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 4,179 California	noticed one of the pistons today that recently came back from the machine shop has a few nicks on the skirt, . what's the best way to clean them up?

WadeMetzinger top fuel Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 2,073 Tulsa, Ok	My machinist was cleaning some up last time I was there and after you dig out anything inbeded, he used 1,000 grip sandpaper and got it wet with parts washer solvent. Says he does it all the time on NHRA stocker rebuilds.
