Instead of starting a new thread each time I decided to just do this one... I have now attacked the interior of my old dodge truck. Well sort of.. It had two riding lawnmower seats in it for seats. Now it is has this bench seat out of a dodge minivan. What a difference. I should finish off the grill install today and maybe the seat..Now if the cold weather would just leave I could enjoy the truck some.

The mini van seat looks good, but now you have to make a cup holder. Gene

those minivan seats work for a lot of rides. i cut the one from my old 95 caravan to fit my cousin's 29 model A rpu. just needed a slight pie cut at the front to fit the cab. we took the hinge mechanism from the passenger side bucket and used that to allow the seat to tilt forward to access cleaning supplies stowed behind the seat. also used a worn set of gas struts from the hood of my wife's 94 concord to tilt the seat. that worked out pretty neat !

The one I have came out of an 01 Dodge caravan 3rd row. You can get them for $15. Take the headrest out and they are good.

I unbolted all the factory stuff for mounting on the seat and made a simple slide bracket for the rear and locating pins for the front. Tilt the back down with the factory lever. Lift the front out of the locating pins and slide the seat back an inch off the square tube the brackets fit over. Lift the seat all the way out then.

Just so everyone knows.. The truck has gone to a new home.. Had an offer on a trade that I could not pass it up.
