I donīt think there is reasonably priced rod with those specs. Oliver have them and maybe you could find a decent deal from ebay. I have decided to go with 6.200 rod with my build, 6.250 would be nice but I donīt think itīs really that important. The difference is really small and not worth paying extra money.

I was thinking about moving up to a 4.125 stroke crank with the 2.00 rod journal. called K1 today and it seems they have discontinued that crank. I may just reuse my 4.00" crank and find lighter rods with a .927 pin, it would be a lot easier finding parts. to bad someone doesn't make a 4.125 stroke with 2.100 rod journal. tons of choices of rods with that journal.

Dave,

Did you talk to Rod Bloomer?

I know you can get a 6.200/2.00 all day long, I wouldn't fuss about .050" of rod length, buddy

Not sure if you have seen them, but, I have a brand new K1 Crank & Rods, For Sale, in the "Race" Section.(I think page 5) I bought these new from Shady Dell Speed Shop, but, have gone in another direction with my build. For what I want out of the combo, the buyer will basically get the rods for free.....

Shoot me a PM, if you are interested.

Chris

I found a really good deal on some mahle pistons with 1.250CH and it would take a 6.250 rod and a 4.125 stroke crank to make them work.
