I use a Foredom 44T hand piece and motor. I buy my pieces separately off ebay as you get better pricing that way and can get the heavy duty parts. The 44T hand piece is the one to go with as its for 1/4 inch shank. I always keep extra parts on hand just in case a cable or something needs changed. Here is a link just to show you the needed pieces but its priced way to high. http://www.ebay.com/itm/FOREDOM-K-5240-W...=item1e67229771If you are only going to do a couple of jobs buy a electric or air grinder from Harbor Freight. If you go with electric buy a router speed control so you can SLOW it down some. Air can be slowed with an air regulator.

He says he's looking for a flexible shaft which the foredom have but they are not the cheapest way to go. I love mine and its all I've used for the last five years. My other air and electric ones sit in the cupboard.

If he is only going to play around some or only do a couple sets of heads its CRAZY to spend a lot of money. Head porting is not for everyone and as most know its real easy to screw up a set of heads.
BUTTT BURGHERguy ... no need to spend a ton of $$$ on one. You can clean-up blocks, exh mans etc ...
