Two different systems in 70. One for CA and one for 49 states. CA has a different tank with vents at the corners, and vapor separator mounted in the trunk, which in turn vented to the PCV system. And a bunch more hard lines and hoses connecting everything. 49 state vented direct to atmosphere. Unfortunately, I don't have a diagram handy of either that would answer your question. I'd need to find my 70 FSM and scan that page. I'm sure someone else can beat me to posting it.

I can fix it... my old man is a television repairman. He's got the ultimate set of tools... I can fix it.

Here is pic from the '70 Plymouth FSM (don't have a Dodge one). I ASSuME it would be the same. These are non CA emissions. If you want the CA pic, let me know. - Alan EDIT: just realized I took wrong pics from FSM, will correct shortly EDIT: pic corrected. Looks the same as one posted above.

Here's a picture of a trunk floor, this is a 69 convertible. Ron
YES! Ron, Alan, this is just what I need! Now the other line appears to just dump directly out in front of the axle? Regardless, this is great stuff.
yes, it clips to the frame where the shock mount.
