moretoys OP top fuel M Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 1,728 ST clair shores MI	why do I see lifters with a part number for 1958-1967. then another number for 68 and up? What is different about them? What happens if I put later parts into a 1966 block?

You will need later style pushrods that aren't tapered, but no issues otherwise. Now I need to pin those needles, got to feel that heat Hear my motor screamin while I'm tearin up the street

I was going for a long shot,I have a strange oil pressure problem,wasn't sure if something like oiling hole was higher/ lower. I was hoping anyway. I'll need to check for markings, maybe this block uses oversized lifters?
