What do these fit, 69 B body in the middle

they will fit Dodge B-body, 69 Plymouth B-body had oval tips - RR,GTX.

They are too short, the longer one in pic is a 69 b body

I seem to recall that the Charger tips were shorter in the "chamber" area than the Coronet tips, or the GTX/RR tips with the oval exits.
I think it was because the Charger's lower valance was "tucked in" (so to speak) closer than the Coronet/GTX/RR rear bumpers were.
