Anyone make a aluminum rb block wedge that will use stock motor mounts?

Getting old just means you were smarter than some and luckier than others.

Does world still make the Mopar blocks. I heard at one time they had quit. How about the KB wedge water block? Does it have factory mounts? I am looking for aluminum rb block with lug type mounts not hemi mounts.

Look at the photo. It has the lugs.

KB RB block does not have the side lugs but it does have hemi mount pads.

KB does not have the factory mounts and WILL NOT put them on as an option, when we originally ordered a block from them they said they got rid of the molds to add them many years ago. I originally had an order with them for my block and after a year on order and them having 100% of my money we finally had to get it back and go with the World. It took about 3 months to get the World block.I am unsure what I am doing with the motor at this point in time as my racing ideas have changed, I wanted the mounts as this was to go in my tube chassis Challenger which has a front & mid-plate and the original mounts are for my limiters, with the KB I would have had to redo how the limiters attach.

Hp Performance has wedge mounts and will machine the block for a wedge, but they are a couple months away from being in production. (He still has some back orders to fill)

Maybe either FHO, Barton, or another Hemi/Mopar shop has a World wedge block in stock.

Buddy has a world wedge he got from barton a few yrs. Back that's forsale never used went with a different combo..block is still on the pallet..I can check the mounts and price if you like just pm me here..mike
