I`ve had a 92 D150 318 Magnum/ 518 since new, the trans was replaced once under warranty so it didn`t cost me anything, two years ago I had it out to put a shift kit in and have the convertor redone for more stall and the trans guy said everything looked good. My truck has been great except for minor things, water pump ( seized up) serpentine belt and slack tensioner ( belt broke and cut trans line ) when the truck was a few years old the roof and hood were repainted also under warranty . I don`t drive it much as it mainly stays in the garage and I don`t drive it in the winter or rain unless it rains while I`m out. I have been very successful racing it running low 15s, as a matter of fact it Won the 14.00 and slower class at a Mopar race at my local track with my friend driving a few weeks ago.

I just bought a 92 B250 conversion van a month ago from the 83 year old original owner. The owner kept telling me how "peppy" it was and the "power" it had. I'm thinking this old fella must be nuts...it only had the 318...it wasn't until I took it home that I discovered the 5.2 Magnum under the doghouse...and it was nothing like driving an older carbuerated 318! This van will run circles around my 1986 Ram 318!

I was also happy that it has the 3.55's...after a road trip this weekend, I gotta say even at highway speeds of 65-75mph, she has great "pep and power."
