I have been following the threads about your car. I am a '70-71 Swinger fan myself. Your car is looking great!

On my Swinger, it was a wire clip similar to the clips used for the door panels. Only instead of a loop to slide into cardboard, the end was more square and slid into the track on the backside of the trim.

heck - wonder if I'm going to have to figure out how to make these things? can't find them anywhere!!!!
the loop ones? or the other? the loop ones can be made from body side molding ones just need to rebend the part that slides into the groove(just looked at the ones on my car yesterday, the end one? not sure about
yeah.. the end ones .. the flat black one... those are the ones that are impossible to find. I found the wire ones at RT specialties.. the fun part is waiting days for him to respond to my emails... GGRRR... but he doesn't have the flat ones.. neither does anyone else.
