Mine is quite rusty...and battery trays are welded in...figured Id go to boneyard and just unbolt one and put it in mine. Looks like I'll have to do some surgery...anyone already deal with this in their van. Curious as to what others have done...

bboogieart master B Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 3,886 Lost and Spaced	I just made my own out of a 72 Nova quarter panel. Not original but holds the battery just fine. I used self tapping bolts and a scrap piece of angle for a brace. Cleaned the area up and painted it... Here's the tray installed. I have mechanical Aptitude. I can screw up anything.
