Remove the knobs, then remove the 2 mounting nuts behind the knobs. Then remove the nut from the mounting bracket on the sideof the radio. Unplug the antenna, unplug the power/light plug, and unplug the speaker plug. You also have to remove the ashtray housing to get to another screw on the side of the radio.

yep have to remove the ashtray assy and get that screw out,pulled 1 one time and fiqured something was still holding it in,took the AT out and bingo
