Dodge really messed up the brakes in my opinion.

the fittings at the master cylinder, RWAL/ABS solenoids, etc. are metric and use the odd bubble flares. --calipers also use metric banjo fittings, but the wheel cylinders used SAE double flare fittings.

I went thru the same hassle on my 2000 ram a few years ago but i can,t remember what size the metric end of the adapters was but it was a bubble type flare.

my local napa only had the adapters that came on a short piece of brake line which then you have to use a union as well which = to many connections.

i ended up finding a large selection of the correct adapters that screw directly into the port/line end etc. at Orielly,s made by Plews.
