I've had a few called "Metal Circus" over the years, and that name will be on my next car.

Not a Mopar, but one of my favorites:

As long as we are on this Nostalgic trip, did anyone ever have the pleasure of watching the Anglia's race in the old Texas Anglia Circuit? It was crazy stuff with some of the early cars running big blocks tunnel rams and 4speeds in a car that was about as tall as it was long. Many a 3/8 mile passes down a 1/4 mile strip.

This is the name of my car. It was named that before i was born, but i like the name so it stays.

My favorite was the old "Sparticus" dodge, i always thought the name and car was cool.

Yea, there were some GREAT funny car names back in the day! But some of my all time fav's were from local bracket cars:

La Bamba! (A wheel standing, 4 speed, yellow 56 Chevy PANEL wagon)

Western Hemi-s-fear (A Hemi powered Challenger)

Gruesome Rat (A black 67 Chevelle)

Rat Patrol (A purple Hemi powered 55 Chevy Wagon)

Shoulda, Woulda, Cuda

And a couple of my fav West Coast super stockers:

Hemi Countdown (We all know who owned that one, don't we?)

Hemi Express

Great thread...good memories!

That was a local favorite here. Built, raced, and rebuilt when needed at the shop I use locally. Miss that car.
