A standard straight one is available from Rock Auto or just about any US parts store for <$10. There is also an angled one available from Rock Auto (link for '70 440). That one looks unique. What is it from?

What I've heard they are for 57-66 V8 (non AC) and 60-68 dodge trucks.

It sure looks like the one used on a non-AC 65 Barracuda. I was unable to find any though.

Unless they are being repopped or you get lucky and find an NOS one , used is the only source . I have a water pump off a 65 newport that has one on it , I was going to toss it ... maybe not now ...

These are somewhat rare but you can find them from time to time. I used one on my 70 because it helped with the bend in the hose. 62 to 67 sounds about right, the last one I got came off of a 64 New Yorker.

I think I have one (used tho). It's angled I remember that & I'd have to check to see if it matches your pic exactly. Might be awhile before I can get my buddys' camera

I doubt that you can purchase that part new anymore but I could be wrong. If you can find it new it would be for a motorhome or truck application. I don't think that style has been used on passenger cars for more than 40 years.

From what I've seen that thermostat housing was used on B, RB, and Hemi '66 and earlier. Starting in '67 they went to the straight housing. Don't know about AC or SB.

The one I have which is sitting on what appears to be a real early BB housing, the nipple is facing sideways & pointing up at ~ a 40 deg angle so it could be flipped to point at either the DR or the PASS side

That's the AC outlet, still available. He needs the non-AC version, which I have not found new.
