I have swapped a stock M.W. cross ram intake and stock unported M.W. cylinder heads with dual 750 Carter OEM carbs to a set of 906 heads with a Eddy TM7 intake and a Holley 750 D.P. carb, that car slowed down .18 ET and 2 MPH in the 1/4 mile by going smaller on the heads and carb size
I don't know of anyone who has done the exact same swap your asking about but I have tried a bunch of different size carbs on a motor similar to yours including going from a TM7 with a 600 DP to 700 DP, to a bunch of different bigger carbs and then to a six pak set up and ending up with Mopar M1 single plane dominator flange with a Holley 1050 CFM Dominator carb on the same car within three months of each other. The car ran quicker ET and more MPH with each larger size carb. change
