Wait, the pic you posted has a casting number and wide parting line to show its a forged crank, what did you mean by not having a casting number?
Also aren't 2532457 cranks from 340's?

Anybody have any luck with re-manufactured cranks? Are the crankshafts from O Reilly's and Autozone junk? thanks

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^What he said^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ There is nothing wrong with using a 273 forged shaft buy make damn sure you have the back of it drilled out to fit the later converters. I'd rather not discuss just how I acquired this information..
