fitted a new box , pump & lines & used the correct mopar power steering fluid to my charger a year a go , had the car in storage , drove 15 feet , turned the wheel , no or very little power power steering & feels knotchey , was not like this before !! belt not slipping , still have fluid , no air locks ... had power steering back in march , last time i drove the car !! .. any ideas guys would be appreciated , nothing looks out of place .. every thing is new or rebuilt ....

see if it is circulating fluid. Pop the lid off and look in the pump.
