how do you take the rear seats out???

i can move the seat backs up about an inch...but that is it...pull up any harder...nothing...pull out at that point nothing...start with the seat bottom and can slide it up about an inch, but that's it - what's the trick?!

thanks!

You have to pull the seat bottom out first , it's latched into a hook under the seat on both sides closet to the foot wells .

Slide the front set forward , crouch in front of the seat bottom and push the bottom of the cushion toward the rear of the car and up, do both sides.

The seat back is held under a bent piece of sheetmetal at the bottom, below the top of the bottom cushion, you straighten those out one each side, and lift the cushion off them and then lift up as the top is setting in sheetmetal hooks .

Pull the armrests in the rear if the car has them it makes gettting them out of the car easier.
