I'm replacing the lower rad support on my Duster turned Dart Sport and I was thinking about something custom and alittle more stable than the factory one I was going to put back on. I know XV motorsports sells one but I wanted to get some ideas before i put mine back in.

I bent one up out of 1" tubing for my Dart. Welded to the frame with plates. It is basically the same shape and size. Mine was all beat up and would of took hours to get it right. I will load a pic as soon as I can..

Cool thanks! Mine was beat up bad but I happen to have one that came with a parts car awhile back that someone removed in perfect shape. Think the 1" tubing would stiffen up the front alot better than the flimsy stock piece.

It seemed to on the Dart, but as I'm still on year 4, of a 10 year build I will let you know when I get it out lol.
But I did notice that when I'm jacking the car up it had less flex

I will do a 1 1/2" or 1 5/8" tube because it's what I have dies for on my bender for my car.
