Yuk, yuk and yuk ...

for me mostly, its the size of the center cap

but I don't want throwing stars designed in the 2000's for my 1980's truck

At some point I'm going to put a 4 1/2 bolt pattern on mine

"Throwing stars." LMAO!

Around these parts, the "Rockstar" wheels are quite popular. I think they are UUUUGLY. The centercaps are so big, they look like they should be hangin' around Flavor Flav's neck.

...And...

A late 80s/early 90s short bed Dodge project is on my bucket list. I will be looking to go down to 5 on 4.5 for better wheels.

IMO these are some of the best looking new style wheels on the market that look good on the 70s/80s trucks.. and can be had in the 5.5 pattern..

I am truckless..

I am partial to steel wheels on a PU. Still lots of choices. My '78 brand F 3/4 ton runs US Wheel "rock crusher" chrome steelies. Here are some choices in 5 x 5 1/2 (note I did not verify pilot bore diameter check or call to be sure).

They have these in 5.5"bp. I really like them but I like skulls too. Only 17s 18s and 20s
