Are you asking about a 9" or an 8.75? My 8.75 aluminum center has never been a problem with pro gears in it.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

All I've ever ran was Mark Williams stuff, never a failure.

I did change ring and pinions after 20 runs, the carrier was always solid with no trouble. I have one 9" and one 9.5" rear, 40 spines. Pretty much bullet proof in my car, it went .910-920 60 foots.

how did the ring gears and stuff look???did it need to be changed???? im no where near your leval but don't want to spend on gear changes every so often if not needed...i like a good reliable rear that's going pass after pass.. i know things happen but was just asking cause of what i was reading in the jegs or summit book about the gears..
