I want to see what my wagon can do just for fun, but I can't really figure out what there is around here as far as a proper drag strip. I've found some kind of amateur racing in Monroe, but it seems like they do it on the straight of their little oval, which isn't really what I want to do. I doubt this big old thing is going to break 14 seconds with how I have it now, but I do want to do a proper 1/4 (which I've never done in any car either way). Where can I go and when?

You need to get out from in front of the computer and expand your horizons.. Pacific Raceways in Kent has drag races almost every weekend.. This is the same track that the NHRA boys come to every year. The track has been there since the 60s.. The track is just off Highway 18.. You can also race at Bremerton Raceways off Highway 16 Theres Renegade Raceways in Yakima, Airway Heights in Spokane or the soon to open track in Shelton. You also have Mission Raceways in Surry BC or Portland Raceways in Portland..If its the wagon in your avatar youd better pack a lunch.. I doubt that you will be anywhere near the 14s, closer to the high 16s or 17s www.pacificraceways.com...
I am truckless..

Bremerton has racing September 20th-22nd, the 27th-29th, October 11th-13th
Pacific (this is the closest track to you) has racing October 5th-6th and 19th-20th
All of these events are open to the public, anyone can show up, pay the gate fee($35-$50) , go through tech and race. I'll be there for all of them except the october races at Bremerton.
