Can the cam be changed in an rb engine without removing the engine from the engine bay and without removing the grill. Maybe just the front bumper?

Probally, try it and see Be careful and make sure and degree the new cam in per the cam card on the lobe seperation angle and intake lobe timing

I know on a 69 it can. Just did one this past weekend.
