hi folks! so, i am about to pull the trigger on buying new rear leaf springs, as i am out $250 re-arching my old ones, only to have them sit exactly where i started.

so, i talked with laura at epso, but before i double my costs here, i really would like to get it right, i need three things from some of you wonderful people:

1, your ride height from ground to middle of the wheelwell with espo springs on your 'Cuda.

2, what model spring number.

3, what tire are you running. (i can look up dimensions and figure that part out)

beings as my car is dressed up as an AAR, the exact height is an issue, with sidepipes, etc. she said the AAR springs she sells are 1" over the stock cuda ride height, but she couldn't give me any dims on how high they sat. thus, i would love to have some feedback from AAR owners, on where you are sitting with your espo springs, and what model number you chose!

thank you!!!!!

D

Like I said in the past, if you want your AAR to handle like a AAR than I would go with stock height springs. I have 2 pairs of the 1" over and I don't like how high my rear end sit's. It's not real high but higher than stock and will affect the handling.

Any pictures Ive seen of cars with espo springs looked like they were sitting way to high. I would go with stock height which would likely be closer to the stock AAR ride height

I have the ESPO 1" springs on my Cuda and in my opinion the rear ends sits a little high, not bad, but a little higher then I would have preferred.

My stock height with my original springs on old bias G60's is 28.25" from floor to center of wheel opening. That would be the goal to shoot for if you want the stock rake.

THANK YOU. so far, you are the only one who has supplied any numbers. i appreciate the responses, and lots of folks have 'opinions' on what something looks like, but no data. not sure why that is, but none the less, thank you all for replying.......
