I got my dash paint from Instrument Specialties.
Very happy with the results.

I used the SEM paint system...I say system because it does honestly help if you use the appropriate cleaner and dye/colour promoter sprays...no complaints here...in the car restoration scheme of things this is the one proces that has consistently produced the desired result!

If you have to have it I'd think any paint supplier who still mixes laquer could make it up for you, the formula's are available.
When I was quoted $70/half pint of laquer I said I'll pass.
Found a good paint store and they color matched the interior dark green for my 72 Demon in an acrylic enamel, satin finish. Took they guy awhile to do but I would up with a quart of color for $23. It looks awesome to me

I just took my glove compartment door with me to my paint guy. We were able to match it pretty close, then I just had him mix me up a batch of acrylic enamal and put it in pray cans.
He added some flattening agent to it so it would not be glossy. I think it matched the original "suede finish" paint pretty well.
