I went out a few weeks ago and the car ran fine the first pass, but the next pass the car bogged bad off the line. I pulled the carb apart and used carb cleaner to run through the air bleeds, metering block and squirters. It ran good the next pass and then bogged the following, so I loaded the car up and left. The next day I checked the fuel filter and there was a little trash in it. I flushed all of the fuel out of the tank, changed the filter, soaked the carb overnight in carb cleaner, installed a rebuild kit and installed a new fuel filter. I went back out to the track the following week and still had a bog. I have also changed the distributor cap and rotor and installed new spark plugs. I pulled the sending unit and pick up from the tank and everything looks good. I still have a bog.

The set up is as followed-
E85 950 HP
BG220 Pump, Regulator and filter
10 an feed to an 8 an on the supply side
10 an return

FYI the car does not sit for any extended times, it is driven daily. Any ideas were to look next?

Fuel pressure is set at 7 1/4 psi and stays steady per the gauge on the hood.

Pull the jets and see if they are clean after you had
trash in it... you might need to open the whole carb
again and use wire to check each port for a restriction

The carb was taken back apart yesterday and everything looks good. I just pulled the filter and it was clean.

I have had trouble before with a little junk in my e85 metering blocks and it leaning out at the hit, but the mph still be the same.

Mine would stumble coming of the 2 step, but not every pass. It took awhile to figure out. I thought it was the 2 step at first.

Then try jetting up 3 sizes to see if it goes away or
gets worse(all 4 jets)
