on an A body,at what point do you upgrade the torsion bar from the 6 cyl bar to the 318 or sm blk bar? i'v been told at 10.50,but is that correct? i'm now running 10.39et and thinking maybe its time to install new bars. still using the original 6 cyl bars.

Can you buy 6 cyl bars brand new?? would really like some for my 70 E body

Firm Feel can build you any torsion bar that you need. They do "tuner" bars for NHRA class guys where the guy wants a special spring rate. Just takes time and money.
