True or False...Scat Pack quarter window question

On cars that came with Scat Pack stickers on the rear quarter window, is it true that cars with only the driverside outside mirror got one sticker on the driverside rear quarter window of the car and on cars with the optional passenger outside mirror would get the second sticker on the passenger side?
In other words 1 mirror = 1 sticker and 2 mirors = 2 stickers. True or False?

Thanks for all of the replies. I have a friend who was under that impression because a mutual friend has a fairly original T/A with 1 mirror and 1 sticker. I think he assumed the number of stickers were based on the mirrors. Sounds like the norm was 2 stickers and perhaps 1 of his got removed or only 1 was put on when the car was built.
Just wanted to ask the experts here to debunk any myths. Thanks again for the replies. Joe

Did I get this right?
Non A/C cars got two and A/C cars with the Airtemp decal got 1 on the drivers side and the Airtemp decal on the passenger's side?

You could be right, the picture I have is of a car that was used in an old 1971 TV show, and if I recall it's a 70 car made to look like a new 71.
What do the rest of you think?

I'd love to see this blue-print!!
& what exactly is a "scat pack option"?
I've heard the rumor that "stripe delete" V68 R/Ts & V98 340 (A66 package) cars didn't get bees. 
I've seen cars that contradict this, but it is 38+ years & a restoration or two later.
