Hi, I got a 1974 Plymouth Barracuda. I want to remove the actual lens from the rear tail light assy. How do you do that with out breaking off the plastic [Edited by Moparts - Family Friendly Site - Keep it clean] that hold it in place.
thanks

You don't, it's a fused assy, just the chrome trim rings are "removable"

It's not there are 4 lens colored tabs that lock it into place.
I just want to know how to remove it without breaking those tabs.
It was not sealed just held in by 4 tabs.

Ok I figured it out... One of the 4 tabs doesnt have any of the black plastic body in front of it. Use that as a place to put a screwdriver behind it. Then use another screwdriver by the other tab right near it and it will pop out on the top. Once the top is out pull the lens up and out. Reverse to put back in.
