Bought on ebag. Listed as mopar 8.75 dana 60 disc brake kit. Is a master power brake kit. Everything bolted right on, only issue was the e brake cables. Was able to use the drivers side one as is after moving the 2 into one bracket back to the rear about 3 or 4 in.I modded the pass side stocker to work.
It uses trans am rotors and caddy calipers. Rotors are drilled and slotted, and drilled for 4.5 bp.
Real happy overall. Was right at 400 to my door.
Thanks 340 Shorty! I have always caught static being named Bill...lol
Just couldnt do a smiley face!

Food for thought:

The same seller (Tomsclassic) lists the rotors for 99.00.
I found the caddy rear brake calipers for 95.00
Speedway sells weld on metric caliper brackets for around 22.00 a pair. If ya don't mind waiting for all the stuff to come in seperately, a guy could do it cheaper with welding capability. Then ya would have to figure out e brakes if ya want em, otherwise just use regular gm metric calipers which are cheaper.
The advantages of the kit are:

Everything is brand new
It all bolts on, and ya could change back to drums.
It all comes together, and works like it should.
Time!

I bolted on the kit, old parts disassembly and pulling axles included in less than4 hours.
I spent 2 hours of that on the brake cables.

Yes, the 80s monte is a gm metric caliper, they used them on most gm cars for several years after 1978.
The caddy rears have the same bolt spacing.

Did you have to use "green bearings" (the non adjustable type) on the axle shafts?

No, stock bearings. You do have to pull the axles to remove the backing plates, and install the spacers that take their place..I readjusted the end play after installing the axles. All is good!
I did install new seals and gaskets.
