Trying to figure out what an original discharge hose for a 69 b-body looks like.

the attached picture is of a hose that was on my car. the rubber hose failed and was replaced by splicing in a new rubber section. my question is whether or not the end of the hose on the muffler end (closest to the compressor)has a compression type fitting or if the rubber hose was directly crimped to the muffler outlet?

I've seen both variations and don't know what was there originally....

The correct one, fyi, not an easy hose to find I might add,,,, It's 1969 B body ,,,big block only

1967-68 is similar but has a seperate muffler section

I have an old school A/C service guy locally that has made me new pipe/hose assy's using the old as a road map. He has the parts and tools to swage up the hose to the existing baffle and to the new pipe. He made all the hard lines I needed for a '68 and '69 BB cars.
If you can find a guy like that locally you may be in luck. PM me if you need any more help.
