First of all the forging number or casting number on a crank isn't the part number.
Second if it doesn't have an 8-bolt crank flange it isn't a Hemi crank.
Third, in reality most Mopar cranks are the same across the board.
Fourth, do an on-line search for Mopar crankshaft forging numbers and you'll find it.

I thought there were some 8 bolt flange BB crankshafts for industrial or truck applications.

Some of the early big block cranks where 8 bolt and where longer, 440 source has great info on cranks, also mopar did offer a small block 8 bolt crank back in the 70's.

1.What ever you want to call the # its not to be found

2. it does have a 8 bolt flange

3. Mopar made several de-stroked hemi cranks for various reasons

4. Myself and several other have looked numorius places with no luck.

measure the crank main journals if you have a micrometer or dial caliper. does the crank have a longer shank coming out the back end. the 1961 and older engines had bolts with nuts holding the flywheel to the crank.

OKAY, I was going on the number being mid-60s. If it was an early 8-bolt crank it would have a number starting with a "1".
If it is indeed an early crank it will have 8 bolts with non-threaded holes and no pilot ring for a torqe converter nose.
I think it will have threaded holes and it is probably what was mentioned above. From the picture it certainly looks like a forged crank.
MOPAR was selling 8-bolt "Kellogg" Hemi cranks in the '70s for good prices, hopefully it's one of those because they were super cranks.
