MoparforLife Too Many Posts M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 25,200 Upper Midwest	Yes.. If the 440 is a forged shaft 440 there will be no problem. If it is a later cast shaft model just knock the weight off it and it then will work on an internal balanced engine like the 318.

Not hard to tack on a weight off another converter. Lay the two converters side by side with the offset lug in the same position and go from there. Done it many times and haven't had a problem with it yet.
