Changing from power steering to manual steering on my Dodge Diplomat.
What manual steering box do I need and what steering pitman/idler arm?

If you can find one off an Aspen or Volare it should work. You can also extend your existing column out to make it work. You will need to find the coupler for the manual box at the bottom of the steering shaft. The splines are different manual to p/s.

i used a box from a '66 belvedere. pitnan off the bevledere worked and i built the shaft between the column and the box out of some junkyard steering column joints.

Now thats a rare item!

Just about any mopar manual steering box will work, 62 up IIRC.
I believe MOOG K7100 is the pitman, idler is the same for power or manual.
