Rotation will help, and the outside tires may see more weight if you happen to drive on the typical asphalt roads with the wear patterns in them. They will ride higher in the "groove" than the inner tires. They also have to turn farther on corners, and see more tire scrub in corners. Join the Penguin Liberation Front!!
