started hacking and whacking on the replacement cab for the white truck, maybe someday when my shop is free again i can finish the drivers side! Believe it or not, the cab on my truck now is in worse shape than this one was,i had to screw down a couple of street signs to keep from having the flintstone mobile! They replacement panels are from jcwhitney,my fiance bought them for me as a surprise "hurry up and get that damn truck done" gift haha. They didn't do such a hot job on measuring for the tranny tunnel or the angle up front where the kick panel is,but a little massaging and it didnt turn out too bad

I just scored a 91 cab with only minor rust hole on driver side floor/rocker area. small spot on roof drip rail.

going to replace my 85 truck cab with the 91 cab for the hydro clutch 5 speed swap.

what kind $$$ did the JCW run for the floor pans? i have to look at those for sure.

repair is looking good so far. more pics plez update.

The panels were alike 100 bucks. I gotta try to find the rear drivers section of the cab, thats my last little battle then the cab is done. Just ordered some new wheels and tires also. Scratchy you will be proud, I got me some fattys! 17x11 billet specialties street lite wheels with 390/40r17 m&h racemasters Ill post some more pics as i get some more done.

yes,I just got the whiplash roller cam in the 85 stepside. soon as I patch up the 91 cab to replace the 85 cab, I plan to swap the 5 speed in with cab off.

then in a couple more weeks, I plan to do a VJ with a whiplash cam going in the 440 truck staying with the 727.

If the 440 comes out I will do another SB whiplash 4 or 5 speed swap with it.

driving the poop out of the 440 truck on the weekends and now the whiplash 318 is the daily driver.

Fat is where its at.

sweet!! I just finished the stroker for mine, its sittin on the engine stand, waiting to go in. Im gonna wait till the body work and paint is done, then slap it in. After I blew up the old 440 I said screw it and started putting together a 512 inch stroker with the 440 source aluminum heads,284/484 cam, fabbed valve covers, offy dual 4bbl intake with holley 450's,and a bunch of other goodies. I have a performer rpm and a torker 2 intake i might try out also and see which i like best. But the dual 4's sure look cool haha
