I need to replace the quarters on my '70 Charger. I went the quarter skin route (when that's all there was) about 10 years ago and the result wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. The project's been on hold ever since with the hope that full quarter would be available some day. Well here we are! Now all I have to do is buy them. Has anybody compared the quarters from AMD to the ones from Classic Body Designs? The ones from CBD look to be higher quality but I don't how they compare in gauge, straightness, and overall correctness vs an OE panel. Has anyone seen both to make a comparison. I'm just trying to find out if spending the extra $$$ for the CBD panel is justified. I just don't want any more problems so that I can finally finish this project.

Has anyone installed an AMD panel?

69RR 1/4's are pretty nice from AMD. A few miner issues, but AMD is correcting them. Which is cool that they listen to their customers. I plan on using them again when the 70 Coronet 1/4's come out.

The expensive charger 1/4's that you are referring too do look like good product, but havn't seen either of them in person.
