I'm assuming that's what this little hummer is. My front valance panel has two rectangular holes just below a pair of bumper bolts and I'm guessing it's where the bumperettes used to bolt in.

So my body guy forgot to put this on the car when he mounted the bumpers. Does my coronet need this piece if I don't run bumperettes? I'm kinda bummed that there are holes in the valance that I have nothing to fill with. Were there two different valances available for the coronet?

I’m listening.

Hey, you two, thanks! The second question is still a mystery. What bolts to that bracket if you don't have bumperettes and are there two different valances, one with the square holes and one without???

Only one valance ( see item #20 in the post above).....valance had the holes whether or not bumper guards were optioned.....same logic for 70 Charger.

Ah! I thought so. Thank you. So was the bracket there whether or not it was bolted to the bumperettes?

On the 70 Charger the bracket was only there if you had the guards.....I assume the same is true for the Coronet.

I believe the bracket is only there if it has the bumper guards. My Brother's R/T does not have it nor the bumper guards but my RT convertible has the bracket and the bumper guards.

The one in my Coronet is missing in action, but I was able to get photos of these on two other front bumper-bracket cars if anyone needs to see them.
