Well I might have pulled a not so bright move. I was running my car on jackstands in second gear to check on some things. The car was just idling in second gear and the tires going about 10-15 mph. I reached over to look at something and my arm hit the shifter and it went clunking into low gear (stock shifter). I do have a reverse manual valve body with low band apply. When it shifted to first it clunked good and the car kind of jumped a bit. My question is do you think this is enough to hurt the sprag since the tires were unloaded? When underneath it turning the driveshaft it does turn harder one way than the other so I known for now it is working. Maybe I just read too much about the sprags failing. Looking for opinions if I should pull trans and inspect or just leave it? Thanks
