I believe the "Q" numbers were for "Chrysler Executive Cars", but what exactly does that mean ?. Were these cars ordered from someone working at Chrysler or .......

For the 1970 model year, it could indicate either a Y22 car (Chrysler executive lease car) or a Y28 car (Public relations)

I do not know what it means for 1974. If you have a broadcast sheet for it, the Y codes on it may give you the answer.

It's a Windsor built car. They had their own way of coding. The meaning at that plant could differ from the others. The BS is the best place to start.

The code on the broadcast sheet is Y22.
